The Frenzy is a Valorant gun in the "Sidearm" class of weapons. It costs 400 CREDS and we've ranked it in the A-Tier (Middle Tier) in the current meta.
This weapon has "Low" wall penetration and a 13-round magazine capacity.
Check out the Frenzy stats table and read our guide below for more information.
|Capacity||Wall Penetration||Fire Type|

|Head Damage||Body Damage||Leg Damage|

The Frenzy costs 400 CREDS, making it a middle-range sidearm as far as your economy is concerned. You can buy the Frenzy and Light Sheilds in pistol rounds with your 800 starting CREDs.
Its low cost and high rate of fire also make it a good secondary weapon to pair with a Sniper.
The Frenzy is the only full-automatic Sidarm in Valorant. Though it can't one-shot full health opponents regardless of whether or not they have shields (78 damage to the head 0-30m), it can quickly burst down enemies at close ranges thanks to its high rate of fire (10 rounds per second).
This pistol's first couple of rounds are relatively accurate, but as you continue spraying, its bullet pattern rises sharply and very randomly.
While you can quickly spray down enemies at close ranges, its damage drop-off and spread make it significantly less effective beyond about 10-15m.
Most high-level and pro Valorant players seem to prefer purchasing the Ghost if upgrading their Sidearm in pistol rounds (the first round of each half). Unlike the Frenzy, the Ghost can one-shot shieldless opponents.
We do, however, think the Frenzy is viable in pistol rounds as it lets you also upgrade to Light Shields. It's a choice best for Defenders, as they have a better chance to force opponents into close range fights where this gun shines.
The Frenzy is also a solid option for very light buy/save rounds or as a secondary weapon along with a sniper thanks to its high potential damage per second output.
